Time flies when you are having fun!

The bakers have been very busy behind the scenes, and with CakeFest now over, we thought we would catch up with what has been happening!

CakePHP 3.4.11 has just been released, this is another maintenance release for the 3.4 branch fixing several community reported issues.
Also CakePHP 2.10 will be out soon, give the beta a try and let us know of any problems you encounter, or ideas you have!

Have you been lucky enough to check out the latest video's on our Youtube channel? Missed it? Quick! Get watching! We are also excitedly working on some other big things for our channel, so be sure to subscribe to be notified of new videos!

But what we really wanted to say is how good the year has been so far. We'd like to thank all of you, our bakers, for getting stuck into CakePHP and being involved! From our annual CakeFest, to our newly announced and launched ElePHPants, through to our Swag store - it certainly has been busy! And we can only do all of it with your support.

Hope to be seeing you on our support platforms!

Until next time!

CakeDC has been mixing things up!

Imagine a plugin that will revolutionize how you find other plugins!

Have you already tried Mixer plugin by CakeDC?

Mixer by CakeDC allows you to search for, install and manage CakePHP plugins from your browser.

The CakeDC bakers have been hard at work. A new version has just been released fixing community reported issues. This release also includes a new and exciting feature - Kitchen. Now you can not only manage your plugins, but also generate skeleton Model, Controller, Template files for your database tables. All within web browser and only using your mouse! Go check it out!

The team is anxiously awaiting community feedback, so if you have a feature that you'd like to see or a bug that needs reporting, be sure to let them know!

Until next time!
