1) Sr.PHP Programmers - 1 - 3 Yrs Experience
2) Project Leaders / Lead - 3 - 5 Yrs Experience
3) Project Managers - 5 - 8 Yrs Experience

You will be responsible for ,

1) Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at
profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.

2) Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the client's requirements.

3) You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic

4) Coding, designing and development of high quality websites using PHP and MySql.Maintaining websites, Systems analysis, through requirements gathering and client communication.Design, development, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of applications

For Team Leads,

1) As Team Leader the Project Lead will be responsible for the management of the PHP development teams. Management includes both project and line management.

2) The Project Lead will be responsible for maintaining the correct skills levels in the Team and ensuring continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.
