[php_mysql] how to download image from data base

Dear Sirs

i want to download the image,mp3 ringtone from php page. i have stored
all the images in mysql. below is the code me working on

echo '<td width="' . $colWidth . '%">' . '<img src="images/' . $row
['image_path']

plz someone tell me how i can put a hyper link on it that when i click
on it browser default dialogue box open to download the image. the
images are stored in mysql. All images have image_id (auto increment).

plzz help me out and how i can put the up my desirous code.
