I created a google project http://code. google.com/ p/pxcms/ and a google group http://groups. google.com/ group/pxcms.

you need a google account though.

I also applied for a project hosting in sourceforge but they will take a few days to review the application( no way to know if they are gonna approve or not). Google is much simpler and fast. Google supports subversion, wiki, issue tracker. I think these are enough for us to get started before we launch our own site.
