Hi to all New CMS founding members!
So that we have an understanding of what we're going to do, I have
outlined a working plan or direction we're going to undertake.(You
are free to add/modify this)
General objectives:
1) Educational: Learn Php and mysql while developing our content
management system
2) Professional: Use our content management sytem in building websites
3) Social Growth: Build a php community dedicated to open source
programming. Contribute to PHP and MySQL communities
4) Individual Growth: Advance our knowledge in php and mysql, xhtml,
css, xml

Specific objectives:
1) Use PHP and MySQL in CMS building
2) Familiarize ourselves with the practices in the Content Management
System building
3) Understand xhtml, css, xml, apache system, linux, webhosting
configurations,

This is our plan of action(you are free to add and modify this)
1) Choose the CMS name.
2) Create yahoo group using the aggreed CMS name
3) Discuss our groupings according to our specialties
(at least 2 persons each group)
Proposed groupings:
A: MySQL Group - optimization of queries
B: CORE Group - basic standalone CMS
C: Extension Group - plugins, modules, 3rd party connections
D: Theme Group - theme engine, CSS, html
E: System Design Group - Visual Design Map of our CMS
F: Documentation Group - Help integration, code docs
