Re: css is not caling

Easiest way to figure out problems like this is to load up Firebug and
do an "inspect element" to see how the CSS is being applied.

I've found that sometimes I thought I was applying a CSS, only to find
that the stylesheet wasn't being loaded at all, and Firebug lets me
find that out (as well as if some other style is overriding what I
think should be happening).
