Slider not moving

Hi all, I have just been playing with sliders, seeing how they work
and how to implement them, but the problem is that they just not
moving. I have tried using the ajax helper, and I have also tried
using the code from http://github.com/madrobby/scriptaculous/wikis/slider,
but they don't work. The sliders work on github, so it has to be
something with my cake im guessing.

What are some common pitfalls when implementing sliders? I have
googled the problem, but noone seems to have had it, which makes me
wonder even more what I'm doing wrong! I have the divs, and have
styled them using css, but when i go to drag the slider, it just
doesn't move at all, and is stuck to the bar...

Any help would be appreciated :)
