i am browsing in net for how to import contacts from gmail or yahoo.... otheres.
there i find  about API`s for every mail server (service provider).

without using API can i get contacts from the mail servers.

and also i found OAuth while searching, i am in full confusion which i have to use and how to do programing.

please can you tell me in detailed about to import contacts..
if possible give example..
