I am willing to pay someone to build 2 search / compare functions for me.
What I have are multiple HABTM tables with options an INVESTOR can have on their profile. When an AGENT creates a AD/POST looking for INVESTORS they select from the same HABTM tables to select options related to their Post.
What I need is a compare function that finds ads for the INVESTOR based on the options they have in their profile to options in the AD.
Basic idea is Jeff the AGENT creates an ad for an house with a price range of 100.000 that is 2 years old in San Francisco. When an INVESTOR logins in and view their page it shows links to ads that match their profile so if INVESTOR Adam is looking to invest in properties in San Francisco in the 100.00 range that ad is available in his profile.
I also need a search feature where an INVESTOR can select from the options in the HABTM tables and sort thru the ads to expand his search or type in keywords like apartment, California and return ads with those options selected.
I can give you better examples once we talk but that's the overall idea.
Let me know your price, and timeline.
The options are in different tables only because they are skill specific. I have been told the tree behaviour would work better for this....I honestly do not care how you build it if you think the tree is best go for it. Your just going to have to show me how to use it.
Thanks in advance.
Dave
