Well you need to set the parent model that comments are a part of,
like so:

var $actsAs = array('Commentia', array(
'parent_model' => 'Blog',
'column_foreign_id' => 'blog_id' // foreign key found in the comments
table
));

var $actsAs = array('Commentia', array(
'parent_model' => 'Skatepark',
'column_foreign_id' => 'skatepark_id'
));
