Routing /group/person/post instead of /post/id

If you have a few models: Groups hasMany People hasMany Posts, can you
have routes like /Group/Person/Post instead of /post/id
I'd also want /group to go /groups/group, /group/person go to /people/
person etc.

Any ideas?
