Help me with pagination

Guys, I have some problem using paginate.

In my model I defined custom paginate method as it was convinient for
my public area.
In the admin area I want to use standard paginate method. But still as
it was defined in the model the same paginate method is being called
from admin methods. What would you suggest? Thanks.
