Basically in sites, to achieve ajax uploading effect,iframe functionality has been used. It's not pure we can say that Ajax upload.

I have used one good jQuery plug-ins,

Here Ajax like functionality and flash support. Due to flash support, you can also upload multiple files with file uploading progress bar.
