[JOB] Development for telebid site built on cakephp

This is what i need to get done done:

1, A function that sends an email and gives some bids to our users on
their birthday.
-You must ensure the user cannot change his/hers birthday after
registration.

2, Give free bids to users for login in at a particular time/period.
-We have to able to set the date/period and number of bids

3, Add a cell number confirmation function on user registration.
-In the registration form the user must fill in the cell number and
gets a
random number sent to his/hers phone by SMS that has to be filled in
to
the registration form. This way they confirm that the cell number
really
is theirs.

4, Add time period for how long a coupon is active.
-Add how long a coupon is active or for example every Wednesday.
