1. mod_rewrite is not enabled
or
2. You are either missing the .htaccess files or they are not being used because the AllowOverride directive in the web server is configured improperly.

I have setup a project in Host Gator, its using cpanel.
As I am doing normal setup, than its not displaying any page.
After research, I found an article in which guidelines mentioned for cpanel, page is

When I am using guidelines mentioned in above page, my home page work perfectly,
but rest of pages is not working, I am getting page not found error.
