Populate dropdown using find()

hi all,
am new in cakephp. i need to populate a dropdown (Roles). am using
find() method for this. but am getting an error from my controller.

"Notice (8): Undefined property: AppModel::$Role [APP\controllers
\access_rules_controller.php, line 11]
