Re: cake book offline pdf version!!

here you are the reason for the technical reason ok, but i inssist for
the offline version of the manual for each new version, look for
exemple symphony has always print version of manual reference and
quickstart ...etc, there's people who cant read from the screen for
hour after hour think about theme. it's on responsability that
document,and i will try to email the guy who has generate the pdf to
tell him all that.

how i can fork the book tell me give me a way?
from github?
i want to contribute in documentation.

i like opensource in general, but what hate in it, the lack of
documentation.
