The .htaccess file inside app simply redirects all requests to app/
webroot, and the one there passes all requests to index.php *unless*
the request matches an existing directory or file in that directory.

If you haven't specified 'Security' in any of your controllers'
$components arrays that's not the problem.

Make sure to check all of your files--views, models, controllers, etc.
The easiest thing to do is delete any trailing '?>' (if that's the
last bit of text).

Were you able to check the server's error log? A blank page is usually
indicative of a fatal PHP error.

Do you have debug set to 2?
