Re: cakephp and qr codes

i did write a component for it
test cases included
results tested with my new android mobile phone - seems to work quite
well actually

but i'd be glad if someone wanted to take a look
- to find possible mistakes
- to enhance some "special cases", like "MECARD vcards" etc
