Controller action calling another model, how to override ACLS?

When a controller action calls another model's action of which the
user does not have privileges, the original action fails. Is there any
clever way of allowing controller actions to call actions in other
models without being denied due to user privileges?

For Example :

Staff member has full access to the User controller actions, but does
not have access to Posts as I don't want them accessing any of the
views associated with Post.

However, Users/view calls Posts->find to extract some data for the
view. The Users/view action fails with an ACL error.

Is there any way of allowing controller actions for which you have ACL
access to call find etc on other models and override permissions?
