(Acl) Error: aro not found No tree returned.

Hi everyone,

While working on the sample provided from cookbook (link below) I was
going to create an aro where the codes are to be placed in a
controller. I chose users_controller.php and I then verify by typing
on my console:

cake acl view aro

It resulted in

Error: aro not found No tree returned.

What's wrong with it ?
