Time Helper - International Support

Hello People,

I wonder if it is possible to set up the Time Helper for International
Support. On my system the strftime recognize that the System is set to
German Date ouput format.

But when I use the $this->Time->nice(time()); function I see the
english format.

Does anyone know why?
