Unable to use CakePHP bakery...

Ok, I'm going through the steps of the rest of the tutorial:

I run "cake bake all" and this is what I get:

C:\XAMPP\htdocs\cakery>cake bake all

By the way, I did this in my root cake directory, where app, cake, plugins, etc. directories reside.
