Since cake is a submodule in that repo You may need to something like

git clone https://github.com/gilvaju/aplicacao-cake.git  /media/arquivos/www/repositorios/cakephp/aplicacao-cake/

cd  /media/arquivos/www/repositorios/cakephp/aplicacao-cake/

git submodule init

git submodule update
