I am not getting that issue, so I don't think it's Cakebook that is causing your problem.

This issue has existed for at least a year now, and it's extremely annoying.  I have no idea what causes it.  But whenever it happens, I have to restart my browser only to have Flash crash again after a while.

I have oftentimes 20-30 tabs open at a given time, with Google Music (flash player) playing in the background.  

Why does Cakebook need Flash?  I think this is a more important question.
