Updated or modified which you use is upto you
When you follow the conventions cake automagically does some stuff.

this fields works?
This is how i understand they might work:
1) created, ok this is simple.
2) modified, when this field are updated? I have supposed that it
change every time I update the record. For example when i call save()
on a model with some field changed.
3) updated, why this field are there if I already had modified.
thanks for enlightment!
