Unit tests in CakePHP

Hey guys, I'm embarking on writing some unit tests for a simple app.  I honestly don't know what I'm doing, but am looking at the following resources as a start:

I'd like some input on whether these sources are a good start or if you have something better out there (if you do, let me know).  Some good information on rules of thumb to keep in mind while writing unit-tests or any habits that I should try to get into, I'd really appreciate.
