Try below action

function abc($table_name)
{
   $model_name = Inflector::classify($table_name)

   App::Import('Model', $model_name);
   $this->DynamicModel = new $model_name;

   $table_field=$this->DynamicModel->find('all');
   $this->set('$table_field' ,$table_field);

}
