Re: db connection from cron job

If you are on a Mac and using MAMP you need to make a link between the MAMP MySQL and where PHP command line is looking for it. 

Here is what I use 

ln -s /Applications/MAMP/tmp/mysql/mysql.sock /tmp/mysql.sock
