Database Connection MS SQL 2012 With CakePHP 2.X

I try to make connection with my local ms sql db with this settings 

public $default = array(

'datasource' => 'Database/Sqlserver',

'persistent' => false,

'host' => 'localhost\SQLEXPRESS',

'login' => 'sa',

'password' => '123456',

'database' => 'ktmb',

'prefix' => '',

//'encoding' => 'utf8',

);

but it show error "Cake is NOT able to connect to the database.

Database connection "Sqlserver" is missing, or could not be created."

who can help me...
