Session name is successfully changed when debug is set to 1 or 2.
When debug is 0, the session name is set to the one defined in php.ini, which is PHPSESSID
This happens in my dev machine (OSX Lion using the default install that comes with the system) and on the live server.
It might be happening because of plugins or something else. Will check on that and update.
Thanks.

This just happens with debug set to 0? Which name has the cookie, with
debug set to 0? Is it really a different one for the applications? Do
they all use the same cake framework?
I tried to develop something similar some months ago ( didn't work as
wanted, by the way)
