Image Upload

Hi I'm trying to create an image upload form in CakePHP. How do I do this without a plugin? Is there a simple way? I don't need any validation or advanced functionality - just looking for the simplest method. Any suggestions?

I have a table with 7 fields. 1 of them is the photo field.
