Retrieving only one record within foreach loop to display with javascript

Probably a relatively easy fix... I am displaying a text link list of projects. What I am trying to do is showing a specific Preview picture with javascript when hovering single project text link. Everything is working, except that all Preview pictures are shown instead of just the one specific to the hovered project text link. Any input highly appreciated!

This is what I got so far:
