Array Format for Multiple Inserts

I have a series of Form elements(select) that I create dynamically w/ JS, and I have JS that will change the name so that they will create an array. 

I can create either Module.column_id.0 or Module.0.column_id and increment the number, but I can't get the multiple elements to write to the database.

Can someone point me in the write direction? I can't find about dynamic inputs in the book
