load data direct to model instead from post in beforeSafe() function

I have a problem

When my add() funciton from the controller calles the beforesafe() function then it will load

public function beforeSave($options = array()) {      $url = $this->data['Site']['URL'];      $suchwort = $this->data['Site']['Suchwort']  }

but this only works for the add() function but for my refresh() function the beforeSave() function in the Model should load the data directly from the Model

public function beforeSave($options = array()) {      $url = /* How can i load the URL directly from the Sites model */      $suchwort = /* How can i load the Suchwort directly from the Sites model */  }

So how can i get data directly load the $url and $suchwort directly from the model and customize my code so that it works for the add() and refresh() function will work?

Thanks for you help

kind regards, Kevin
