CakePHP 3.x - Table display name

Hi,

I know this must be really easy, but I've Googled it to death and found nothing. The documentation doesn't appear to have anything about it either.

I'm learning CakePHP, using 3.x and I just want to change the name that is displayed for a database table. The table is called 'stats_branch_daily', but I want the menu and page title to display 'Daily Stats'.

I expect this is just a single variable that needs setting, but I cannot find it.
