Ajax linking messes up other javascript apps

Hi There

I have a admin backend with Google maps location picker then on
another page I have swfuploader. Everything was working cool untill
my client asked me to add Ajax links to the site. Now the swfuploader
and google maps not working no more. When Ajax reloads a div, does
it not load javascript into that div?
