CakePHP presentation

Hi All,
i am intending to give a presentation to a number of developers about the framworks and how useful they are when using them in the development phase of a project life cycle.
my demonstration for this presentation will be based on CakePHP, because its easy to learn, powerful, yet being very solid base in terms of features,  flexibility, and community support.
i would like to talk about following subjects (the subjects are randomly selected):

• What is a framwork, how could it be useful.
  
• Convention Over Configuration (meaning, and cake's way in implementing this term).
• Introduction to CakePHP.
• Goodies and drawbacks of both full-stack & glue based framworks (since cake is a full-stacked framwork, i will focus on the this approach).
• Installing Cake and running through the blog tutorial in order to implement an example.

Any ideas of other subjects that might be useful to be mentioned over the above?, and may be if there is any one who did something like that in the past, it would be nice to share the docs or the slides of his/her presentation.
