Re: Difference between read and find

David C. Zentgraf is right.

Besides other things, it allows things like

if ($this->ModelName->read(..., $id)) {
$this->ModelName->set(...);

instead of usual

$this->ModelName->id = $id;
if ($this->ModelName->exists(true)) {
$this->ModelName->create(...);
