Call static function in bootstrap.php

Hi

I'm using a language controller to manage languages (activating and
set to default functions etc...)
How can i call a static function in bootstrap to load activated
languages?

ex:

// get activated languages
$languages = LanguagesController::getActivatedLanguages();
