need help on ACM plugin

hi all...
I want to use ACM plugin for my project which is available at:
http://cakeforge.org/projects/acm/

But the problem is there is not much documentation on that helper...

when I am trying to use that plugin according to the documentation I
got error given below:

I cant undersatnd what to do...??
