I change the file APP/views/layouts/default.ctp

that get a sucess result,

but the APP/views/mails/index.ctp

can't get the good result

I suspect there may be a server configuration issue as Cake should not
be looking for a file in /app/webroot, it should be looking in /app/
controllers

This may be to do with mod_rewrite not functioning correctly as that
can cause a lot of issues.  Can anyone else shine some light on this?
