L18n Showing and editing all available languages at the same time

Hi!

Is it posible to load and save all available languages at the same
time?

E.g. I would like to have a settigspage, where the user can edit the
page title
in every available langiage, should look something like that:

English title [textfield]
German title [textfield]
Spainish title [textfield]
...
