Currently using Eclipse PDT, but saw a lot of users are switching to Netbeans. Will give it a try, hope it's fast.

I've found Coda to be a delight to program in, even though I still do
preview in Safari and Firefox (with Firebug!). I do wish there was
some type of Code Completion. There should be a Textmate bundle, but
I've yet to figure out how to get Textmate to work, and Coda was my
big buy as far as editors are concerned, so I can't afford to buy a
tool I don't know how to work with CakePHP.
