Setting up a Lab Booking application

Hi,

I'm trying to figure this out but kinda got stuck in between the
association models. I have 3 tables:-

1) Users Table - id, username, firstname and ...
2) Lab Table - id, location, date and ...
3) Booking Table - id, lab_id, user_id and ...

Basically, the lab have a n pax of slots for users to book it. Was
thinking how should I implement the hasMany and belongsTo in the
model? Kinda confusing reading the doc. Is there any really simple
explanation that I can follow through?

I'm pretty sure I can do this but I'm short of time as the draft is on
Friday. Thanks!
