How setting path for only one layout

Hi I develop simple CMS, but it will be multisite system.
One core (controller, admin, frontend views, models)
User: (frontend layout, css, images)

Pleas is any idea how I can chagne path for on layout in any action in
controller?
Path must be in some adr for example: /root/cake/layout/frontend.ctp
