Hey,

Ideally you would leave the links in place to provide some backlinks to
CakePHP.
But should you want to remove them, edit the default layout:
app/views/layouts/default.ctp
If the file doesnt exist, you can create one. You can copy the standard
one from: cake/libs/views/layouts/default.ctp
