how to use migration in Cakephp

Hello All,

I am wandering for the migration concept in cakephp.

I also followed the steps from the following URL,

Also followed the instructions but i found that it created on migrate
folder in my application folder with all the app folder structure. I
didnt get this.

Can anybody please help me in this.
