Trivial: just fetch the value for the Subcategory.

$this->Categoriessinad->Subcategory->id=
$this->data['Categoriesinad']['subcategory_id'];
$subcat= $this->Categoriessinad->Subcategory->read();
$val= $subcat['Subcategory']['description'];

$this->data['Categoriesinad']['title'] =
$this->data['Categoriesinad']['title'].' ('.$val.')';
