Hide Link with username and password using CakePHP

Hi CakeTeam,

Need your guys advice how to encapsulate link or hide link that
contain username and password.

For example :

I need to pass a text, username and password to another www site.php ,
how i do encrypt this .

http://www.passparemetersite.com/sms.aspx?login=username&password=thepassword&message=hai
